euSYSBIO – Master’s Degree Programme in Computational and Systems Biology

The Master's Degree Programme in Computational and Systems Biology (euSYSBIO) is one of the European top-quality Masters Courses selected by the European Commission Erasmus Mundus Programme. Erasmus Mundus 2009-2013 is a cooperation and mobility programme in the field of higher education for:
- the enhancement of quality in European higher education;
- the promotion of the European Union as a centre of excellence in learning around the world;
- the promotion of intercultural understanding through cooperation with Third Countries as well as for the development of Third Countries in the field of higher education.
The Master's Degree Programme in Systems Biology (euSYSBIO) is organised in a cooperation between KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden (KTH), Instituto Superior Tecnologico in Portugal (IST) and Aalto University, School of Science in Finland. It is a two-year Master's programme including compulsory mobility for the students. Students enter at KTH or Aalto University and continue in the second year at one of the other two institutions.
