Master’s Programme in Applied and Engineering Mathematics (N5TeAM)

The programme will no longer admit new students.

The consortium universities offer locall programme in the field of applied and engineering mathematics. Please find more information on these options on the partners' websites

The central subjects in the Applied and Engineering Mathematics (N5TeAM) programme are the theories of ordinary and partial differential equations, numerical methods for differential equations, probability and statistics, numerical linear algebra, optimization and discrete mathematics. The focal point is to learn to turn the engineering and applied science problems into mathematical questions, and to look for their solutions.

Since this is a Nordic Five Tech (N5T) programme, students study at two different Nordic universities:

Aalto University School of Science, Finland
KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden
Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden
Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway
Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Denmark
