The dean of the School of Electrical Engineering distributes incentive scholarships for good academic progress. The scholarship amount is €500. Since the 2016-2017 academic year, scholarships have been awarded to students of the Bachelor’s Programme in Electrical Engineering, and as of the 2018-2019 academic year, the scholarship award criteria have been reformed as such that they also apply to master’s degree students of the School of Electrical Engineering.

The scholarship application period is in August. Students who appear to meet the eligibility criteria in the beginning of August will be sent a personal link to the application form to their Aalto email address. Students who have completed studies that have not yet been entered into the student information system at the start of August due to, for instance, credit transfers, may ask for a personal link from the student services by sending an email to studies-elec@aalto.fi.
